Curved screen protector vs. Defender case

Does anyone know if the Otterbox Defender case for the Note 8 is compatible with the Verizon (allegedly Zagg) curved glass screen protector? By compatible, I mean, does the case cause the screen protector to lift or peel off, etc.?

I’ve encountered that issue with my S7 Edge in the past...
