Custom Email Folder

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 and using the stock email App.

How do I create custom folders?

In the list of folders is a category heading of Custom Folders, but I cannot find a way to create a custom folder.

Any help?????

You have to create a folder on your email account (Gmail, Yahoo, Exchange, etc.) and then the folder will show in the stock app. At least that's how I do it. Maybe someone else knows a different way to do it.

Thank you, but that did not work. The account, with my ISP, already had many custom folders. None of them came over into the email App.
