Good day,

Im using samsung galaxy s4,im currently having a problem with my phone,it switches off on its own,sometimes when i charge there is this custom os download that doesnt happen.
Im getting frustrasted as i bought the phone 4 months back.
What could be the problem

Welcome to the forums.
I am not sure what the issue seems to be.
What carrier do you have? Perhaps you can take it to them and they may be able to test the OS, or offer a replacement.

The issue is its switchies off on its own no matter how full the battery is,
second issue sometimes it shows the custom os downloading message.

Has the battery swollen? Take it out and try to spin it on a flat surface. If it does, it needs to be replaced.
