Custom Phone Type in Contacts

I did have a Galaxy S1 (T-Mobile) and was able to created custom phone types in my contacts. Used it for conference call numbers and then would create a shortcut on my home screen to the contact.

Struggling with that for the S3 - it has an other in the phone type...but no custom that I can set up the name for. Anyone figure out how to deal with this?
