Custom recoveries

I have amon ra's recovery flashed right now but can I flash clockword mod through rom manager and use two recoveries or can you only have one ?

You can only use one at a time, but you can use the Rom Manager to go back and forth if that is want you want.

If you're already on Ra there's no reason to go to Clockworkmod, I'd recommend staying there for reliability and compatibility.

Manual flashing is more reliable and easier than it sounds.
