I did a full reset the other day because my phone kept rebooting. I'm trying to set my old ringtone back, but with the new ringtone selector in PIE I can't find it. I've imported the files to the ringtone folder both in mp3 and wav. But when I go to "my sounds" they're is there. Even if I put it into the music folder it won't show up. And it used to. Any ideas?

It has to be in a folder named ringtones or Ringtones (the case matters and it depends on the manufacturer). And after you put the file there, restart the phone. (The only media files on the phone, as far as Android is concerned, are the ones found by Media Scan, which only runs when the phone restarts or when you do something media-related (like make a recording). It doesn't run when you copy files. So the file is physically there, but when you go to select a ringtone, you only see the ones that Android is aware of.
