Custom ROM to unlock B38 band TDD 2600Mhz on A3?

Hi guys,

First time here. I just wanna know if is there a way to activate B38 band TDD 2600 MHz on my Galaxy A3 (2015) device. Would help a lot since my mobile carrier has some kind of restrictive 4G . Would appreciate an oppinion.
