I'm not flashing in recovery, I'm doing it in the bootloader. It finds the file then it says parsing n returns to the bootloader.

I believe its because I used the HTC unlock. I don't get it, I can change **** in the local system files like the bootanimation and stuff but can't use a custom splash.

I have photoshop and could probably do this myself if someone had some instructions on how to generate the .img file for the graphic.
