Customer with Eris Trouble

Have a Customer in the Store with me that needs to update from 1.5 to 2.1. They got one update, but clicked to ignore it. Now the phone thinks that it has the latest update it needs. Even though under phone info it still lists 1.5 and not 2.1. I tried to search for an update, but it says that it is current.


Any help or is it just not going to happen for them?

Are you in a Verizon store? Don't your tech guys flash the phone with the RUU to 2.1?
