Customizable texting application

Wanted to share this application with everyone here. I've tried all of the third-party texting applications in the Play Store Chomp, Textra, GO SMS, Verizon messaging Plus. The problems I had with Chomp and Verizon messaging plus is that you can send out GIFs with them. Secondly, since both Chomp and texture are made by the same developer delicious I also don't see why Chomp SMS can't send out a gif either! Textra can. The only issue that I have a textra was that it's not as highly customizable as Chomp is for theming. I figured I would start researching it online and I found this application called YAATA. As pretty good reviews in the Play Store the only thing that I can see that's a little high is the amount of RAM memory and utilize but for the men of customization it offers I really don't care that much. SMS MMS go through fine with this application and it's got chat bubbles which are really sweet. I just wanted to share this with everyone. Attached I included a screenshot of the application in the Play Store.

You can also use themeing apps like Substratum if you want to still use Textra for the features but find it lacking for themeing.

Unfortunately though, substratum requires root access. Admittedly, I haven't rooted my Android phones and years since I've had only Nexus phones. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Well, thank you for the suggesting substratum. And informing me that it doesn't require root for Samsung devices. I did pay for a theming engine for translucent user interface. I did not even realize that the top status bar is for network connection and time to change color as well! That is just really awesome! I now truly have a custom Galaxy S8. So sad I'm even changed up my navigation buttons when I tap on it it's the stock Galaxy S8 buttons but the look and feel of them are all Google pixel buttons which is pretty cool. You're right, Handcent is another option. The problem is that I don't think Hanson was able to send the gifts either. There was an issue that I had with handcent but thank you for your suggestion.

Well thank you so very much! Again, I do now call it a custom Galaxy S8. Still tweaking it but it looks sweet.

Get custom widgets with apps like Zooper and you can take things even further.
