customization questions

Hi, I just got android 11, coming from android 8. I have a few questions that were possible on 8, but I can't figure out on 11...

1. When dropping down the notification bar, it blurs the screen. How do you stop this?

2. The brightness adjustment use to be one pull down on the notification bar. Now it is two. How do I put it on the first pull down?

3. How can I remove the "devices" and "media" button that show up on the notification bar?

I think most of what you want to do you can get the samsung good lock app you can do a lot of things with it.

Galaxy s21 ultra.

I think from 2kchevy's post that it may be samsung adding some of that to android. I was able to customize a lot with the good lock app, but have not been able to change those 3 items. Perhaps I am missing the setting?

On my wifes android 9 phone, you can hit the down arrow next to the brightness bar and choose "show on top". This puts the brightness bar on the first pull which is what I want. That option does not appear on my phone.

Ok, I moved this from the Android 11 forum to the S21 forum, since UI features are often device-specific, rather than generalized to the Android version.

swipe down on notification panel, swipe down again, hit the three dots in the upper right, select Quick Panel Layout, turn off Show Devices and Media buttons.

Same as #3 answer above - setting is in that same location as devices and media buttons.

I don't believe there is a way to fix the number one issue you listed. It's a new feature with Android 11 to have the blurred view in the background when you pull down the notification bar.
