Customizing/Combining.. Custom ROMs?

Hey guys, i recently rooted my Epic.. all the way to ext4 and everything...not that i can hardly notice the difference yet...

I'm still looking for the right ROM for me... i tried ACE, Truly Epic, BakedSnack, Frankenstein, Midnight, syndicate, and obviously the stock eb13..
I like different things about most of the ROMs.. but i wasnt really hooked on any of them..


Probably not.. but is there any way to take different.."pieces" of each ROM.. like icons, dial pads, lock screens, the pull down notification bar tab thing...... the icons at the bottom that are always there no matter what "home page" your on.....boot/shutdown screens.... you know what i mean, stuff like that.... Is there any way to combine different parts of custom ROMs..into one truly custom ROM...?????

Sure you could take the deodexed stock version and start playing around and add your own mods from those different ROMs... Thats how all devs first start out...

Thanks! looks like it might be a bit out of my league haha.. but ill check it out a bit more..hopefully tonight yet.... but... by taking all of these people's work and putting it together.... wouldn't they be angry with me? haha

lol exactly, That's why I'm trying to find a way to...not make my own but... :/... im not sure haha... It's not like I'm not satisfied lol.. I just love how you can really go as far as you want with it..

right now I'm using Truly Epic v3... and idk if it comes with this ROM..or if it stayed around from bakedsnack or something..but when i go to my home screen it gives me the choice... ADW launcher, or AM Launcher.. AM Launcher seems to be the default "Truly Epic" theme... and ADW launcher lets me kind of customize things a bit more... but then one or the other is always running in my task manager... Can anyone tell me whats going on? haha...

I like the way i have the ADW thing set up..but i don't really like the icons and etc... Idk.. I would still change a lot if i could..
