Cut and edit images

I haven't had a note since the 4. Where do I go to edit images. I want to be able to trace and cut parts of images and paste it in other images.

From the gallery, you choose the picture and then there is a pencil icon on the bottom of the screen. You press it and you get Samsung's Photo Editor which is a very good app. I didn't find a different way to start the app from outside the gallery.

Adobe apps do this well.

Open the picture, use smart select from the s pen menu.

I use file explorers to make backups of apks.
It's also in the galaxy app store.
