cwm recovery lgl55c optimus q straight talk

I rooted my lgl55c just. Fine installed rom. Manager fine flashed with cwm recovery fine but when I use it to boot to recovery it goes lg screen the a triangle with a ! And the andriof man and restart I have tried rom tool everything I bcant can't it to work please help
