Cyanogen Mod/ClockworkMod Recovery Help

Hey guys. So i recently installed Cyanogen Mod on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and it has had a few problems. The biggest one is that i'm stuck on the ClockworkMod recovery and I can't get back to using my phone. I'm not sure what to do and i'd even be happy to factory reset my phone but i'm not sure how to that. Some extra notes on my phone: Carrier is Telus and the volume up button doesn't work but volume down does.
