I flashed this rom to my phone, and i want to go back to the stock rom. im using rom manager, do i just restore my backup i made before i flashed? tia

If you want to stay rooted and just want something similar to the stock you can look on xda developers for many roms of your choice. If you want to unroot and return back to stock you may read the following link with updated information on how to unroot and return to stock.
