Cyanogenmod 7 RC 1/2 Sound profiles not working

im not a newbie to flashing Roms ive got my phone completely rooted and been messing with all kinds of ROMS, i got CM7 RC 1 right when it came out everything ran smooth until i tried setting a new ringtone itll work for maybe 4 calls and changes back to a stock ringtone. same happened with the RC2 i installed today i already fixed the permissions and that was not the case. also my Lookout mobile security is not working wondering if you guys have any input thanks

Since it's 2.3.3, Lookout may need to recompile - I don't use it so I'm nor sure if it's causing problems for others. I know that other apps like the current version of The Weather Channel don't work with 2.3.3 but the old one does. I'd shoot Lookout an e-mail just in case.

Profiles are new to RC2, within like 1 or 2 builds, so there are still some bugs being worked on. According to CM's blog, they are feature locking for now and concentrating on bugs for the next few weeks, so it may be fixed soon. I noticed that the merge log for 14 already had some profile fixes in it, but I do not remember what the fix was.
