Just out of interest did you get the replacement from One plus, and if so what justified it? Also, if you had to submit a"ticket ", how did you complete the form. I've been trying to et one for a week now, but it won't allow me to complete the" order number " question, and consequently a successful ticket requeest.. My cynicism thought it was an intentional design to almost eliminate the need for customer service...

I talked to support, they tried all of the troubleshooting steps and then had me send in the broken one band sent me a new one.

I can't notify them of my problem, let alone get advice on how to fix it. Tried the "ticket system" but got stuck at the 'order number' hurdle. Any advice much, very much, appreciated.

I submitted a ticket...never asked for an order number, are you logged in?

If you're wondering why the CM logo is gone, it's because CM & OPO split ways awhile back. Hence, why the logo is gone.

They didn't split ways. CM is still supporting the device. OnePlus said it's because they cannot use their branding and OS in India so they decided not to use it in any country going fwd
