cyanogenmod no browser

i am running cyanogenmod 11 and deleted the browser app using root app delete now my play store doesn't work i have factory reset so can't download chrome so i cannot open any URLs. no google services are working also i don't have file manager.

please help!

Try remotely installing an app from the Play Store?

Log into the play store on your computer. Your phone should appear as a device to install stuff to, so try installing Chrome (or some other browser) remotely.
