So, yesterday I went into Settings and the window opened up with a Cyber Police warning.
I can't open anything else in Settings but I can exit out to the main screens showing all my programs - which all open and run successfully.
I Googled Cyber Police and found directions on booting into Safe mode (power off - Power on while holding the button down - then holding down the Volume Down button once the Samsung splash screen pops up). It opens to the normal main screen with "Safe Mode" displayed in the lower left hand side of the screen.
I can then go into Settings without an issue. However, I can't find anything that looks suspicious in downloads, in apps, etc. All works normal until I restart normally - then, going into Settings has the Cyber Police window open up and not allow me to navigate to anything else.
Ideas? Grrrr. :-
