Anyone know where the script that reborn uses to move dalvik-cache into the /cache is located? I don't think its in the init.d folder. I want to move dalvik-cache, but running into issues because reborn already moves it. If I knew where the script was, I could just change it there rather than writing my own separate script.

Thanks

It is inside the boot.img meaning it is built into the kernel, so it can run before android even starts caching apps.

Well then...
Do you know of a way to move the cache to /data/sdext2 (created by Link2sd); preferably /data/sdext2/cache/dalvik-cache ?

NM, found it. It's actually in /system/etc/mvdalvik.sh (linked /etc/mvdalvik.sh). I've written a script to replace this and change where cache and dalvik-cache are mounted now.

Hmm I was pretty sure that you had to tweak the boot.img to get the tweak to stick, but if you use a kernel that already has it built in your good to go.
