Damaged SD card/choppy phone from Pimp My ROM?

I downloaded Pimp My ROM on my Cyanogenmod 10 ATT GS3. I tinkered with the settings/options to get the most out of my phone and was pleased with the results. Shortly after however, my phone became choppy, slow, and laggy in every regard. This was coupled with constant messages stating "unmounted sd card", "mounting sd card" and "sd card damaged".

I don't know specifically which setting/tweak caused this but I'll remove this app if this issue persists. Any suggestions or help? Thanks.

Probably best to just delete the app before it causes any permanent damage. You can reinstall it and maybe perform some trial and error to narrow down what caused this.
