So to activate this it looks like we swipe down>settings>display and then activate it.

There is already a quick toggle for this. Just swipe down and select night mode

Guessing you can set it to come on at a certain time?

Samsung themes. You can change the whole look of your phone screens

You can still use any wallpaper. I am guessing dark mode is really like a theme so that is why can't have another one running.
