When pull down it is possible to get notice areas on the screen in dark / black? I have a black material theme but notifications are in a disturbing, shiny white color!

Settings>themes, more or less at the center of screen display three lines, touch there and them select the themes you like most. See the complete theme, the last photo display will show you the notifications color of every specific theme. Check out screen shots.

Only if you have a ROM that supports that level of customization (or if you use Substratum, but I think that stopped working for Oreo, so might not work on your Note if it's been updated). The latter is not a super-easy, intuitive app but it works...ish. If you're not rooted, it needs an paid license to work on Samsung devices (otherwise it's free). A little more on this app here:

Thank you for your answer. I have nonrooted NOTE 8 on OREO. Well, I'll just have to watch these bright disturbing notifications .... until Samsung or Google gives the right dark theme for the whole system.

Hello, in my humble opinion you can solve the situation of dark color notifications selecting one Samsung theme that got another notification color besides white. Settings>Themes and look at the top of screen display, three lines touch it and select color black. Select the themes you like and see the complete display of photos regarding the theme. I'm posting directly at Android Central app and can't upload screenshots. Let's see if using Tapatalk works for screenshots uploading.

Your notifications in the screenshot are still white. I believe the OP wants dark notifications.
Oh my God , I misunderstood OP. Now I see what's he is asking and I don't know the answer. Maybe with root but don't know cause I never rooted my previous mobile phones. Excuse me please, I'm sorry.

The only way is to use Substratum

Oreo has baked-in OMS support but requires either a separate paid app or root access to work.

I don’t recommend root to anyone but experienced users, so if you really need theming, I would recommend buying the app.

Get it from Google Play, not from a random website

The Rootless Pixel Launcher should be able to do this as well but only with a dark background.

Please , tell me if I'm wrong here. But the Rootles Pixel Launcher is aim at low budget, low ram, low mobiles phones. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is far, far for that. I want what's OP wants black black and black in notifications and in my particular case ALL OVER my Note 8 . Please , please tell me if I'm wrong.

The Rootless Pixel Launcher is the same launcher used on the Pixel just made available for other phones, including Samsung devices.

That still wouldn't do squat for notifications as the launcher would not be able to
theme over system UI elements.
