Dark tint on screen and phone is locked.

HTC Mark 8 Did the download with what I thought was no problems. I hit something and dark tint covers everything but the top 10% and bottom 10% of screen. I am locked out of 80 % of screen, Would prefer not to do a factory reset. Sprint is the carrier, I am not an IT guy so bare with me.

Hi, welcome to the forums! Take a look at this thread. It worked for the M9 and I imagine that it'll work for your M8 as well.
