My Motorola motoG3 status bar has ended up being tucked behind the top of the screen and i have tried everything to release it but to no avail ,also nobody can ring into my phone ,at first it was stuck on voicemail,then it gave the line busy tone what could be causing this problem? please.

Welcome to the forums. Does the problem persist after a reboot? You could try taking the SIM card out and back on while the phone is switched off.
