Hello, I am on 4.3 with sense 5.5

I installed Dash Clock with the notifier extensions. The problem is when I add it to the lock screen it adds it to the second lockscreen so I have to swipe across to see it. The normal standard clock remains on the main lockscreen. Am I doing something wrong? I am adding the widget by swiping from right left and clicking on the + icon, the + icon appears on a new screen not on the screen with the built in clock. Is this right?

Both my Moto X and My S3 I had to delete the stock screen by long pressing it. Have you tried that?

So can you only add widgetd to the second lock screen and not the same screen as the clock?

Thanks. So the notification on lockscreen apps are useless if you have to swipe to see them. Want to be able to see Gmail notifications and hangout previews by just pressing the power button.

You should be able to eliminate the stock one and only have Dashclock.

That's the trouble. Doesn't seem to be a way.

Try setting up Dashclock, then long press the stock one. There should be an X or remove that pops up toward the top.

Hi, don't know if you solved this yet, but I was having the same problem on my new moto g and found your post.

I long pressed on the second lock screen made by dashclock, then I dragged it to the first screen and it let me replace the stock lock screen with it. It put the stock clock on the second screen.

Hope that made sense.

This is the HTC one forum please ask any questions related to your appropriate phone model in those forums. You cannot add another clock on the lock screen it's just the way sense is set up. You can have two but that's not what you want.

what?

1. the OP's phone is the HTC ONE.

2. The OP is aware you cannot add another clock to the lock screen hence why he wants to REPLACE it with dashclock.

If you read the above posts, their talking about the moto x...

no, they are talking about how they managed to solve this issue using a different device. whilst not ideal, it is better than no advice at all.

at the end of the day, they are all running android.
