When I turn off Wi-Fi even the permission to notify me with open networks and I turn off cellular data and turn on airplane mode and turn off background data permissions on all apps I still have Google play Google services Chrome using data. And several other apps but they're only using KB Google play services and Google play is using up to 7 to 800 MB. during this time I have also received Facebook notifications just from three people in a month's time when I haven't even been on Facebook in about 3 weeks.
Also the apps Duo, Email & Smart divert are all running and using data yet there's no option for me to disable or uninstall and I have never even set up a Duo account so it was suggested to me to go to the play store and uninstall from there which I did and all it did was uninstalled updates but it's still running and using data. And I just recently we searched the smart device which is forwarding calls and texts to another number and I have had people show me on their phone where they've called me several times or texted me and I never got them. I sometimes think my phone has been tapped into or half whatever it is because there's other issues going on to please help.
