I like Audiogalaxy, but then your computer has to be on at home. Google Play Music is what I usually use.

html5.grooveshark.com offers free on-the-fly music. Just search for a song and it'll play. Since it's html5 based you can press the home button and music will still play in the background.

My friend recommends tinyshark, but I haven't personally used it yet.
