Android Central Question

My /data folder takes up an absolutely ridiculous amount (about 100gb) of space and it's constantly growing. Any ideas on how to fix this or at least look up the files that are bloating my storage?

Resetting/wiping my phone is something I really don't wanna do, so I'd appreciate answers that go beyond "duh, just factory-reset". Of course, if there's no other way around this, I would do that as well. Plus, as somebody asking for free advice I shouldn't be picky.
