So I have data manager as a shortcut on my phone but every time I try to open it, it says "app not installed" yet I am able to still access it when I go through my settings. How can I fix it so I can open it as a shortcut?

I have the same problem too, but only when I am using Nova. When using Blinkfeed, it works.
