Data Not Working on International Galaxy S3 (Unlocked) on AT&T Prepaid Plan

Hi
I have a AT&T prepaid (Unlimited Data,Text,Call) plan and using in on my Galaxy S3 (International version) that I got from India. But the problem is that I do not get any Data on my Phone. Not even 2G or 3G. Can someone please help me with Access Point Settings so that I at least get 2G data on my phone.

I know this is irrelevant but i have to ask, does your intl s3 homescreen redraw ocassionally? mine does, no idea why
