data not working?

Wifi is out due to storms... Data days 3g but I can't get any web pages to load.... Data on, wifi off, 3g shows on notification bar but I can't get internet to work... Any ideas.

Perhaps the storms messed up the tower too. Has it improved?

Is has not improved at home... Maybe that is the problem... The tower thing. I hope so but my phone says 3g and the arrows flash so I am wondering why i can't get data.
