Data problems after 2.3.6 update..

My data will randomly stop through out the day after this update. Websites will stop loading, facebook won't load, anything that uses data won't load! I have to either turn on flight mode and then turn it back off, or restart my phone to get webpages to load again.

I found the thread about changing the APN.. Same issue. I tried 1 day with the new one, and one with the old. Can't say one was better than the other.

Anyone else having similar issues? I'm to the point where I'm considering taking the phone back.

I even took out my battery this morning and I still had the same results. Very frustrating when I paid 249 for a phone that won't load websites on demand when I have full 4G.

I have the update and have not noticed any issues with data on my phone when I need it.

I mean i'm 10 minutes from the state capital, I shouldn't be losing data service!

I get the same thing here in LA. It's only happened like 2 or 3 times. But, that's still 2 or 3 times too many.

I am on 2.3.5. I am not seeing the 2.3.6 update. I wonder if they have pulled it due to issues?

Yeah, I read somewhere that it was definitely pulled. It was only available for a week apparently. But I'm not sure if the data issues were the reason it was pulled.

I'm not sure what the new features in 2.3.6 are, but I'm willing to wait for a 4.0 update or at least a 4.0 port or a working Cyanogenmod ROM.

it wasnt pulled, they only rolled it out to 1000 people for testing purposes..
