I juts realized that I have used 95% of my data. How can I better manage it so I don't go over? BTW I don't have wireless internet in my home.

There are plenty of data usage counter apps in the market. Also what I usualy do, I have a bunch of ATT numbers preloaded on my Atrix ever since i updated it to gingerbread and one of them is data usage if i dial it it sends me an sms with my current data summary. Here is the number if you are interested #3282#

Whats a counter app?

It's a data usage app. I use My Data Manager Free. You can put a widget on your home screen. Tap it and you see your app data usage.

Getting an app to watch your data usage is a great start. Here's a few tips to reduce data usage.

* Set your data widgets to update less often. One example is the stock news widget. It updates every 30 min by default. I don't need the news that often so mine is set to update every 6 hours.

* Set your email to check less frequently. I have mine to set to check every hour.

* Connect to WIFI networks when available. Coffee shops, friends houses, etc. Note be careful when connecting to unsecured networks.

Last month I used 282MB. I use the app NetCounter.
