Android Central Question

LG. 4, i think. Model number US 985.
screen is blank. But the PC recognizes the phone and charges it.
Cant access memory through the PC.
everything is backed up, but LG got me good with the quicknote+ plus april fools joke. You can save it, you can back it up, but you will never see your files alive again unless you buy another. LG phone.
Before i got the joke, i bought a moto.
Is there any way to access the internal memory?
Dont they make a cable for phone to phone transfers? Mini USB on each end? If i buy another LG, and hook it up to the dead one, do you think i could transfer the files?
Any cheap way to fix, or bypass the screen, just to transfer the files?
I need to either put them on an LG, then screen capture each one and transfer to my phone, or get the screen to work and screen capture on the dead phone.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Welcome to Android Central! Does the phone ring when you call it?

You can't access the data in the phone from a PC unless the screen is unlocked. I don't think a phone-to-phone transfer in this case will work either.

If your phone model is VS985, then it's the LG G3. It supports Slimport cables, which can connect it to a TV via HDMI. See if the screen shows up there, and then see if the touchscreen still works.
