Data restriction notification

Got Ics up and running and factory reset as well. Just wondering what the triangle for data restriction means and how to get rid of it. Kind of annoying seeing it come and go.

When u disable your data connection using smart actions or juice defender or any other app that disables your data. It is letting you know your data is not on.

My data is disabled via Smart Action and I've never seen this triangle.

Open Data Usage from settings to remove the data restriction. It is preset to prevent you from going over your allotment.
