I ordered the htc x one from at&t, upgrading from a vivid. I usually use mybackup pro to transfer all apps...etc from one to another. But the htc x one doesn't use micro sd cards.... any ideas as to the easiest way to get all my stuff from the vivid to the one ?

You don't need to transfer your apps.
Once you log into your Google account on the new phone, you can reinstall them from the Google market for free.
Plus, the HOX comes with a bunch of apps so you might not need all those old apps.

There is a setting buried in. Settings / privacy / backup and restore
You can set this to backup settings from your apps to your Google account.
Then when you install on your new phone there is a restore option to restore settings to your new phone.

Game progress is a problem area.

Note: make sure your contacts are all stored in your Google account, and not on your phone or your sim card.

That leaves just your pictures, your music, any documents, old text messages etc. Those need to be moved.
There are many different ways to do this. Most involve using the sync capabilities of your old phone to save your data on your computer.
When you do this, take notes about what items are backed up to which directories on your computer.
Also purge stuff you don't need.

Then use the sync program of the new phone to move that data from your computer to your new phone.

You can also do this with a file manager application on both phones, such as ES File Explorer (free in the market).it can transfer files over your wifi network directly to your computer.

Or for contacts you could export them as a .vcf file, upload to Dropbox, download it on your new phone, and restore using any file explorer app.
