Data Usage Widget

I feel like I'm being teased or something.

I get this notice on my phone that says:

"New Data Usage widget is here! Long press phone screen, select Widget and Data Usage."

I do this, and I get the same response as before, it's not supported for this device yet.

Anyone else get this same notification? I even tried clearing data/cache, same result.

My VZW Mobile is not supported on the Thunderbolt yet... I think it has something to do with LTE data reporting system (RTR) issues. It *should* become available as a My VZW Mobile app update from the Market.

i have that widget on my home screen---it's quite useful--and depressing at the same time to see how much i'm acually using

Me too and it works great. Did you see that Droid-Life was asked by Verizon to remove it from their web site?

they're just embarassed XDA, like usual, is so awesome and has better dev's than they've hired.

Yep, I didn't know I was using that much also.. But I'm happy that I can see what I use.
