Data Usage Year 2085

in settings under data usage my phone is showing a cycle date of sept9 - oct7, 2085. How do i change this outlandish date and cycle? the regular cycle change method is not working.

Are you sure that's the year? I don't have a Note 4, I have a S8 but mine shows the date and the number next to it is the Data used, not the year.....

What date/time does your phone show under "Settings", "General", "Date and Time"? Also, do you have it set to "automatic" or have you set it manually?

I have date and time it set manual , the set date and time are correct. I have even done a soft reset in hopes if fixing it.

Disconnect from wifi. Turn on set data limit, then click down arrow beside date and then select change cycle. The option will only appear if you are connected to mobile data. It won't appear if you are on wifi.
