Actually I have the Galaxy Centura, but since there is no section for that phone I am here. My wife and I both have this problem. It runs on the Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 OS but I dont know exactly if its the OS that is doing it. Anybody know?
Date and time randomly change

Basicaly what happens (forgot to give details) once a day or so our time and/date changes. Usually by about 6 hours

What do you see when you go to Settings -> Date and time?
Are all of the automatic checkboxes checked? Are the rest of the fields showing the correct information?

This happens no matter what settings are in place. Currently I have the automatic date and time settings off cause it is easier to adjust the time when it does change.

It's very strange that both of you are having the same problem, particularly if you have the automatic settings turned off (that eliminates the network from the list of suspects).
It's more likely that you both have the same app installed which is causing this problem. (You two aren't playing Candy Crush Saga, are you?)
I'd suggest booting into Safe mode and running all day that way to see if the problem persists - if it doesn't, then you know it's a 3rd party app.
If that doesn't work, one of you could perform a Factory Reset (after making a backup of anything important) and skip reinstalling all of the previous apps and see what happens.

This has happened to me several times over the last few days. I DO have Automatic date and time checked. I would have guessed network issues, but my wife and son both have S3s, and have not had the same problem, in the same house. I don't have Candy Crush installed.
If it keeps up, I'll have to start removing apps and see if I can isolate it.

People have been known to change the date/time to get extra lives - it was just a possibility.
