Date notification won't go away

So I have a date and time notification that won't go away. I've tried swiping left and right, and long press, but nothing works. I've even turned off notifications for every app that I can and nothing will get it to go away. I don't want it in my pull down since I already have it in the bar at the top. It showed up about a month ago, and I've searched on google for weeks to no avail. It's just super annoying. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm rooted running 5.1.1 if that helps.

I figured it out thank you though. I missed an app when disabling notifications in applications manager.
