Day one update

I saw this article this morning and was wondering if anyone has seen this update hit their phone.

Also, this is my first unlocked phone. Are they typically faster or slower to receive the security patches/OS updates when applicable?

Reddit confirmed it fixes the display issues on the Exynos chips.

Nothing here on Verizon yet, knowing them, I expect it in 2-4 weeks

Looks as though the new Day 1 patch has not fixed some users issues such as lag and screen...

There are no widespread reports of these issues on the worldwide Snapdragon models so it seems to relate to the Exynos chips.


The returns clock is now ticking for Samsung to rectify these problems.
