Dbm signal notify for DualSIM phones?

Im looking for an app/phone which allow simultaniously Dbm measure for both SIM. I want to compare carrier coverage.

Is this even possible on Android OS?

As far as I know there's no app that can measure both SIM cards at the same time. They just work for the slot 1. It seems that Android has no API for that. Try to check if your phone maker or carrier have an specific method to get that information.
