DC 3.1.2 and Titanium Backup is a no-go

I have tried several times to use DC 3.1.2 and restore my apps with Titanium Backup. Though TB goes through the paces, the apps are never actually restore. I have no problem restoring the apps using the Toasted/baked snack ROMS. Also, the Market app stops functioning after I attempted to restore apps several times on DC.

I have enabled the Unknown Sources capability FWIW.

Any insight is appreciated.

Did you wipe everything? data, dalvik-cache, ect

Under Recovery I did a wipe cache and wipe data. Is wiping dalvik-cache something different?

EDIT:

ah-ha, I found it under "advanced", I'll try that then flash the ROM again and try TB again.

Nope, same problem, apps don't install and Market gets stuck in a "Server not available" loop. Dang.
