Mount system, and sd card, then install zip from sd card like any other zip.

Dude ur supposed to flash it in cwm and it says "fix'in " then it'll be done then when u see the menus pop up. Pull the battery and follow the stickied unbricking method.

Take battery out
Wait 5 seconds
Put battery in
Plug usb into computer
Plug other end into phone
Wait till a big battery pops up
Press vol up and power till the screen says download mode.

If that doesn't work tell me exactly what happens
