Hi,

There are many answers to this question, but none of them had ALL the 'criteria' that I will mention below:

I bought an S4 mini, and was told it was working 100% until it was dropped.

  • It has a slight crack widthways through the LCD, but the outer glass screen is not cracked.
  • It does not turn on at all.
  • Holding power, home and volume up buttons (for any amount of time), does not work.
  • It does not make any noise or vibrations at all.
  • It is not recognised in Windows at all.
  • It does not respond at all when USB cable plugged in from mains or computer.
  • The liquid damage indicator has not been triggered, so it has not been exposed to water/liquids.
  • I have replaced the battery, but it has made no difference at all.

Does anyone have any ideas how to try and fix this please?

Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions

Hi

Unless you are familiar with electronics, and comfortable with taking your phone apart, to look for obvious things like, cables unplugged, (which yes, it could be that simple), then your only option would be to take to service center.

Hope this helps!
