Dead pixel on refurb

Got a refurb tb and it has all the problems my original had (bad battery drain at idle, says 4g, but no internet), and on top of that it has a dead pixel. So much for "like new".

On the long side, it is in the middle of the screen. On the short side it is where the E if the menu button is
