Once I'm ready to start some cm7 themes, I will ask permission from the dev of that theme to mod.


In another note, this wallpaper is part of the wallpapers.zip in post #4 and it goes great with theme black-N-tan. FYI

The black n tan theme looks pretty tasty (though i'm not a fan of the drink...but guinness rocks lol).

Just curious...do the dialers will work with any ROM or are they somehow specific to reborn?

Yes guinness is tasty!!

The dialers will work with other froyo roms, although I have not tried them on cm7 roms. If you would care to test that, make a backup first obviously.

I'm real sorry, but at this time I have to refrain from taking on any new projects or request from this thread. I have some non-Android things I need to focus on for the next 4 to 6 weeks, and any spare time I do have will be spent on CM7 themes. I will still monitor this thread and be available to answer any questions though.

If you haven't yet, try theme simpleG. It's somewhat on the lighter gray side.

All themes (unless otherwise noted) will now work with any Froyo 2.2 based Rom. The Power Control Toggles are included in all themes as well!!

Thanks to Nick7 for letting me make this mod available outside of Reborn ROM

Shell ROM, sROM, and CleanROM users must see the revised flashing instructions listed in Posts #1 and #3 to get these themes to work.


My apologies to all the CM7 users patiently awaiting any of our themes. That project is still on the backburner at the moment. :-\[/INFO]

Hey, quick question. I love the pink "Andi" dialer, but can you replace the contact pics (the android dude ones) with the same pink Andi from the Softtouch theme? I loved that little gal, but when I flash the dialer, it removes her.

I really like the custom startup animations. I've now got the green one on mine and it looks great! I kinda wanna reboot right now just to see it again. Gonna put the pink one on the GF's Optimus as a surprise. That was the one thing I found to be kinda half-assed looking in Reborn -- and unfortunately, it is the long first impression that one gets when loading the ROM for the first time.

Have you considered making a branded boot animation that Nick might include in the next Reborn?

I'm glad you like them!!

I actually can't take any credit for those boot animations. The creator is listed in the post, and was kind enough to let me port those over to our phones.

I have wanted to try to make a couple, but just haven't gotten around to it they are not easy to make from scratch, there are a lot of images that must be created.

Nick7 did create the one that comes with reborn, and I tip my hat to him for that, because as I stated they are not easy to make.

Sorry if this has been discussed before, I didn't see it. I wanted to see if there is a way of changing the color of the active tab in apps (including dialer). Right now it's a very bright green, but was hoping for a lighter shad of gray (like in the screenshot of the theme below). I'm running stock Reborn and would like to keep everything else the same, or close to the same, just cannot stand that bright green tab. Is there a tool that I can use to do this? Thank you very much!
