Hate to tell you this, but my S21 ultra got the December patch last week.

Haven't had an update for my Pixel 6 since October 28th...

There's a lot of fixes for the Pixel phones so the delay is why it's behind as we know, but I would not all get our hopes high that we are going to get it today. It will start today hopefully. So let's see if we get some positive reports..

Pixel 6 seems like the biggest jump in phone technology for Google yet, along with a whole new Android OS. Having a big update seems like a no-brainer, as well as some delays because of on-the-fly observations of how the phone's hardware handles Android 12. Lot to chew on for Google.

I'd rather have delayed monthly and more stuff fixed than just getting it on the first Monday because that's what we are accustomed to.. and you exactly hit it on the head because this is a new phone. New sensor, new chip and Android 12. So much going on..

No 6 will be downloading it yet. The "flagship" 6 is delayed until the 13th.

Hopefully it's to work on the myriad of bugs and issues.

When these updates are issued, I generally have them by 1:00. Thus, I suspect that we will not be getting it today. I am in the central time zone on Verizon.
